Summer Dry Land
Training

Summer Dry Land Training is a strength program designed for athletes in middle school and high school who want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive.  At the Hockey House, players from any sport benefit from dynamic training:

-Quickness

-Speed

-Strength

-Coordination

High School Ages 3-5PM Monday-Thursday

Middle School Ages 5-7PM Monday - Thursday

2 days/week (pick any two days a week) $550

Unlimited (36 sessions) $850

Sneakers, water-bottle, and appropriate workout attire needed.

 

No skates.
