Youth Sports Performance

Youth Sports Performance is a training program designed to introduce dryland hockey training to high end youth hockey players.  At the Hockey House, players learn how to stretch, exercise, and train away from the rink.  This is essential for developing strength, speed, and agility that directly translates into on ice performance.

Sessions are from 4-5PM Monday through Thursday starting March 7th.

 

We offer 4 week, 8 week, and 12 week programs that continue through May.  

Signups are in 4 day-of-the-month intervals.  

1 day a month = 1 signup = $100 (4 total Sessions)

2 days for 2 months = 4 signups =$400 (16 total sessions)

Price break for 3+ days per week.

Sneakers, water-bottle, and appropriate workout attire needed.

No sticks/No gloves/No skates.
